GreenDay Co. specializes in the design and construction of high-end homes and landscapes, as well as home additions and remodels, in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Our diverse portfolio includes properties that are sophisticated, warm and elegant, and also adaptable to wide-ranging customer needs.
For GreenDay Co. owner and operator Carlos Alverez, creating custom homes that surpass customer expectations is a passion. His inspiration and experience dates back to his childhood, watching his father work in construction. Carlos launched GreenDay Co. as a landscaping business in 2005, while remodeling homes in his spare time. His craftsmanship quickly drew attention and within a few years, he expanded the company to include home builds, which are his primary focus today.
What began as a one-man operation is now a skilled team of 30. Carlos’s partner in business and life is his wife, Zoali. Head of design at GreenDay Co., Zoali works within the homes to create fresh and modern spaces. She has a lifelong passion for design and uses her chic and sophisticated style to influence her work.
The Alvarez’s are raising three children and are proud to live in Fairfield, the community they serve. Carlos’s mission at home and at work are intertwined — to build a lasting legacy through goodwill, hard work, dedication and commitment to both people and projects.
